The Global Science Ministerial Dialogue on Science Diplomacy aims to enhance international discussions on establishing a new global framework for science diplomacy that addresses society's current needs. The Dialogue is structured in two main segments. Multistakeholder High-level Conference on Science Diplomacy (25 March 2025): This segment brings together experts, scientists, and diplomats to explore and assess innovative science diplomacy frameworks and approaches in today’s complex global context. Global Science Ministerial Conference on Science Diplomacy (26 March 2025): This segment brings together Ministers responsible for Science and External Relations to discuss science diplomacy priorities and identify concrete areas of collaboration.
